Pumpkin Pie Kit

What is more classic for the holidays than a delicious pumpkin pie? This kit comes with everything that you need to have a fresh and delicious pie whenever you want. Just mix everything together, pour into the prebaked pie crust, and bake! All you need is a measuring cup, a whisk or spoon, and an oven. 

Each kit comes with 1 prebaked pie shell, 1 can of pumpkin, 1 can of coconut milk, a bag containing all of the dry ingredients, and instructions. 

*Pumpkin pies take about 1 1/2 hours to bake and 4 1/2 hours to cool, so make sure you have enough time!*

If you cannot eat coconut, you can substitute the coconut milk 1:1 with your preferred plant based milk.

INGREDIENTS:

Pie Crust: tapioca flour, white rice flour, xanthan gum, salt, vegan granulated sugar, vegan butter (palm fruit, palm kernel, canola oil, olive oil, water, salt, pea protein, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, vitamin A palmitate, natural flavor, beta carotene), water

Dry Ingredients: vegan brown sugar (sugar, molasses), cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, salt, organic powdered sugar (organic cane sugar, organic tapioca starch)

Pumpkin: pumpkin

Coconut Milk: coconut milk, water, guar gum
