Cookie ingredients:

tapioca flour, white rice flour, xanthan gum, vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol), vegan granulated cane sugar, vegan powdered cane sugar (powdered cane sugar, cornstarch), salt, vegan butter (plant-based oil blend from canola, coconut and sunflower oils, water, sunflower lecithin, faba bean protein, citric acid, natural flavor, glucose, beta carotene (color)), water

 

Rolled Buttercream:

vegan butter (plant-based oil blend from canola, coconut and sunflower oils, water, sunflower lecithin, faba bean protein, citric acid, natural flavor, glucose, beta carotene (color)), vegan powdered cane sugar (powdered cane sugar, cornstarch), pure vanilla extract
